Scheduled Arrival and Appointment Punctuality
To enhance your overall experience, we kindly request clients to arrive 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointments. This allows ample time for check-in, restroom use, and selection from our extensive array of available colours. As a gesture of consideration for all our clients, we strictly adhere to a punctual appointment schedule. Please note that tardy arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the appointment, and any delayed treatments will be appropriately abbreviated to accommodate the next scheduled client.
Cancellation Policy
At Royal Nails, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, regardless of booking method. Cancellations or rescheduling are accommodated with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify within this timeframe results in a loss of the appointment.
Clients arriving more than ten minutes late risk losing their appointment and incurring the full charge. Late arrivals may lead to an incomplete treatment, with the client still charged the agreed-upon full value.
Repeated no-shows and cancellations may impact future appointments.
Minors and Students Policy
For individuals under 18 years old, parental consent is required through a signed consent form for any treatments.
While we welcome all students, our discounts are applicable exclusively to students under the age of 23, as individuals beyond this age range are presumed to have established careers and employment.
Consent Forms
Clients are required to complete a consent form every six months, as mandated by our insurance company. This practice is essential for your safety.
Treatment Bundles
Payment for all treatments within a bundle is due in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Redemption of all treatments within a bundle must occur within 12 months of the purchase date; any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited. Expired treatment bundles will not be extended.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Royal Nails assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other vouchers. While no change will be given, any remaining balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.
Lost Property
Clients are advised to take care of their belongings while at Royal Nails, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
Nail Aftercare Service
Should you experience chipped nails within a week after gel polish, please report it with a photo to our email, Facebook page, or Instagram page. We will provide a free touch-up on the affected nails within seven days. A small fee will be charged for issues reported outside this period.
Privacy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to upholding the confidentiality of any personal information collected. We do not share your personal information with third-party organizations and adhere to the principles of UK data protection legislation.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final, and exchanges or refunds are not possible.
Promotions
Throughout the year, various promotional offers may be available, subject to date and time restrictions. Offers cannot be combined, and Royal Nails reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.
The Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment. Disrespect and rudeness toward Royal Nails staff will not be tolerated. We also retain the right to amend Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary.
Appointment Delay
We may occasionally experience delays due to various issues, such as clients requesting color changes. If there is a delay, we will inform our customers accordingly.
Guarantee
- Enhancement /Gel polish service are Only guaranteed for 48 hrs from your visit. Within this time frame, if any problem due to the technical, please get in touch with us to schedule your free repair. If you can not come back within the free repair period, please still inform us and book an appointment at your most convenient.
- We will not be responsible for any breakage ,infection or damage nails after you leave the Royal Nails.
Refund
- NO REFUND will be given after you have left the Royal Nails.
- Feel free to provide our staff with feedback and comments so we can satisfy your requirements straight away before moving on to next step. If you have any problem concern to the service, staff..., please inform us while the service is still being done. Do not wait until you get home.
- If you paid and left the Royal Nails, we will consider that you accepted and were happy with the complete result of the service provided by staff.
- After u have left, if u wanna change the shape, colour or thickness of the nails, we will have to charge you full price again as we will have to spend more time on your nails and time is money.
- We don't do discounts, please double check our price list before getting your nails done.
- No refund will be given just because you simply changed your mind!
Note
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we decide it's not safe, possible to do so, or if we feel uncomfortable to give you the service.
- Inform the Royal Nails if you have any allergy related to any chemical substances before having any services.
- Inform the Royal Nails immediately if you have any concerns that you have any infections /reaction /condition with respect to your nails.
- If you experience reactions such as redness or swelling around the cuticle area, please contact us ASAP for a check up.you may also need special treatment /advice from your GP.
- We will not take any responsibilities for the loss , damage of your personal belonging while you are having the services in our Royal Nails.
